Pakage APK + OBB from Unreal Engine 4.92

Hi I’m trying to package a “test project” for upload the Google Play store. However, when I set the packaging settings to Full Distribution and uncheck “Use pak file” my project build is pending processing indefinitely. What setting will work for me to package the formate required for google play upload?
