UE4 random freeze with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG

Hi all, I am kind of lost to why this is happening. The situation is as follows,
I would be working on my project and then all of the sudden the editor would freeze. Worst yet, it is random. It has nothing to do with how long the editor has been opened, nor moving a specific static mesh, or BSP brush, and it is not specific to when editing a BSP brush. I have seen UE4 freeze at times if I left the application opened without restarting the computer, it has happened while moving or duplicating a static mesh, UE4 has also froze while editing or extruding a BSP brush. This has happened to me while running UE4 4.10.4 and UE4 4.13.0, and I have not used any of the other versions in-between.
