Rimworld top-down camera

Hi. I play the game Rimworld if you have ever heard of it. A game which is pretty fun. You make your own colony and it’s pretty cool. I really like the camera though and am interested to see how to make it. If you don’t know what I’m talking about look up a video on Rimworld. It’s a top down camera that you can move around with your mouse. If anyone knows how to do this, please respond. Thanks. (P.S. I have had UE4 for about a month or something and am still pretty new. If you have a little extra cash, head to the marketplace and grab Final Camera or one of the top down kits. Learn how they do it… Or, have you checked out the top down template that comes standard with UE4?

I have played around with the top down camera template but what I’m looking for is a camera in mid air that you can move around or drag around with your mouse. Is that possible?
