Trying to use Apply Point Damage in Blueprint; keeps crashing

Apply Point Damage won’t compile without something plugged into “Hit Info”. When I drag a pin off of this it gives me the option to create a “Hit Result”, the node doesn’t do anything and I get a warning that it will be removed in the future. If I try to compile the editor crashes.

Therefore, I can not use Point Damage.

Windows 7 64-bit, UE 4.10

I was already thinking of migrating my project to 4.13 so maybe I’ll try that in the mean time.

After testing this issue, it appears that this has been resolved in the later versions of the engine. I have provided a link to a known feature request that appears to have resolved this issue. I hope that this information helps.

Thank you. I thought that might be the case. Still haven’t migrated my project yet but I found another solution either way.
