What output you use when using material blend nodes

Hey guys,

This probably won’t be a hard question to answer I just have no experience with material blending.

Okay so lets say you have two materials blended together (with the MatLayerBlend_Standard node) you only have one output. Which I presume holds all the information from the two materials combined. How do you output this so it is a working material. I am now stuck with the standard output node that asks for all the different inputs (Diffuse, normal etc.). I need a output node with a single input node.
