Why does my arrows think they are hitting a bone when they are not?

Hello. I am working on making arrows that stick to the player bone they hit. But for some reason the arrows thinks they hit the chest bone when they hit above the player models shoulders. Does anyone know what is causing this? please help!

Hard to see but i print a string that say what bone the arrow hit and it is saying chest but as you see they are getting stuck in the air.
