Hello ,

I have a few questions for you that will help narrow down what issue it is that you are experiencing.

Quick questions:

  1. Could you try verifying your engine (example below)?
  2. Could you provide your dxdiag?
  3. Have you made any changes to the settings for your projects (such as widget reflector)?
  4. Does this still occur in a clean project?

I get this Problem everywhere in every Project and in every engine Version even in the Launcher some menus Working some just don’t Show up but are clickable and other do nothing like in the Mesh window i cant click any menu on the top but in every other Window i can. Its like very window have its own Problems.

Could you provide the information requested in the other questions?

Still having this problem

Hello ,

Could you provide answers to the questions that were asked in my original post?

This problem occur everywhere in every engine and in every project and in the launcher. And I still don’t know what a dxdiag is.

A dxdiag is a document containing your system information. I have provided one way to do this below

Dxdiag example:

  1. If you are running Windows Vista or higher go to your task bar.
  2. Click on, “Start Button”.
  3. Click on, “Run”(or type run into the search bar and press enter).
  4. In the pop-up window enter DxDiag and hit ok.
  5. The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.
  6. Click on, “Save all information”.

I waited for the new Windows update but im still facing this Problem. The DirectX Diagnostics showed no Errors or problems.

The dxdiag is a document containing system information. I was requesting that you submit a copy so that I could take a closer look in the hopes that I could rule out a hardware issue.

Hello Levi_Cowling,

I have a few questions for you that will help n narrow down what issue it is that you are experiencing.

Quick questions:

  1. Can you reproduce this issue in a clean project?
  2. If so, could you provide a detailed list of steps to reproduce this issue on our end?
  3. Could you provide screen shots of any settings/blueprints that may be involved with this issue?
  4. Are you using any unofficial plugins?
  5. If so, does disabling these plugins make a difference?

has this still not been resolved as of yet? Multiple forums are having the same problem for this question and I need a solution ASAP!
