Access violation - code c0000005 (first/second chance not available)

I’m having this problem whenever I try to launch UE4.13, the launcher just crash. I tried to run it from different versions and this problem still occur. I also re-installed the whole Epic Game Launcher but it’s still crashing.

It just happens all of the sudden and I don’t know how to fix it.

Hi,
I emailed techical support on http://help.epicgames.com/ and they said I should ask people on this page AnswerHub to help me instead.

After looking over the crash, it appears it is related to a known issue, UE-36148.

This issue is being investigated by our developers currently, but in the meantime I’d recommend ensuring that your drivers for your graphics card are up to date and give it another shot.
