Hello. I want to know if we can create a pre-rendered cinematic in unreal? Aim is to create a cinematic that can be easily played on mobiles. If we can do that please guide me how. Also if we cant what would be the next best alternative to achieve performance same or as close as possible to a pre-rendered cinematic.
