Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

[Closed] Did our subscription change to include consoles now?

Hey Epic,

I just loaded http://unrealengine.com website up after it was down for maintainenace and looking at the upper right corner under Get Unreal, it shows icons for all the platforms including consoles.

Did our subscription change and now includes the consoles?

The previous version of the website did not have them: http://web.archive.org/web/20140519002051/https://www.unrealengine.com/

The subscription license did indeed change to include consoles. But Shadowriver is right; subscribers can't get console access until they are a licensed developer for that console (i.e., licensed by Sony or Microsoft).

Even if it let you, it would be useless without console development licence. I guess its just to inform those with console licence that they can get 19 $ lincenced UE4 to work on comsole, but nithing has changed.
