Side Scroller Grab Mechanic Blueprint?

Greetings!

I’m a little new to unreal, but I’m working on a 3D Side Scroller and I have been scouring numerous tutorials and videos trying to find a “grab” mechanic but to no avail.

What I’m looking for is an ability to grab ahold of enemies and then throw them in different directions.

All I have been able to find are blueprints for picking up objects for Third/First Person games which don’t seem to work within a side scroller. I can’t find anything about grabbing enemies in a side scroller…

Anyone have any ideas on how to approach this problem?
