Exported maya / imported unreal fbx is always rotated 90 degrees

exported maya / imported unreal fbx is always rotated 90 degrees. Regaurdless if the fbx is set to y up or z up export setting… the rotation is the same in unreal. Unreal always rotates the model 90 degrees… Why is this happening? Not sure whats happeing here…

Maya setting is y up, with fbx setting y up. And i have tried maya setting as y up, with fbx setting as z up… Same result… same rotation position when imported in… weird stuff.

“transform vertex to absolute” import option needs to be on to import correctly i guess.
