Ribbon Particle LOD not working

Hey guys,
I have a slight problem with the Ribbon Data. I am currently trying to use the LOD to increase the sizing of my ribbon the further out I go. It’s just a basic ribbon which has a spawn PerUnit Module.

The problem is my Highest LOD is always shown, even when I disable the emitter at a range of 200 cm for testing purposes.

Any suggestions as to why, or a workaround?

While testing I noticed other size modules still worked in other LODs. If possible try to use the size by life and size scale module to get the desired effect.
