Please make sure that you’ve installed Visual Studio 2015 and Common Tools for Visual C++ 2015.

You can do this by going to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features > Microsoft Visual Studio 2015. Then Right-Click and select ‘Change’ and if it pops up saying to ‘Update’ just go ahead and ‘Skip’ it. Press ‘Continue’ > ‘Modify’ > Check Visual C++ and Common tools for Visual C++ 2015.
