High quality scene in low-end PC

This will be the weirdest question you’ll find, but here I go.
I have a pretty bad (super bad) PC and I’m going to use UE4 to have some fun with cool scenes, etc.
The problem is: can a bad PC handle it?
Edit 1: I’m gonna use Blender to make everything but use UE4 to render.

Super bad laptop specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-2430M
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 520MX
RAM: 4GB
HDD: 500GB
OS: Windows 10 Home

To be honest, triangle count ≠ quality. Try to develop an approach that would allow your to get a good looking scene with minimal performance hit. thought i must admit,It will be pretty painful to work on such rig,

To be honest, Deathray is right.
look into low poly/low drawcall art and take it from there.

Yeah, I’ll try my best on doing cool low-poly models… The bad thing in this rig is the compiling to test lightning and even gameplay: It takes 1 entire minute for lightning and, with a complex scene, 4/5 including gameplay…
