I’m almost ready to post the first Early Access build of my game on Steam and I’m wanting to have an easy (for the customer) to use bug reporting service so people can submit bug reports. I essentially want to be able to direct customers who wish to report a bug to a website where they can fill out a form and submit their bug into the system and also see a list of the bugs that have already been reported. I’d also want a private backend where I can track bugs, remove duplicates etc.
Anyone have any suggestions? Commercial or non.
