Which modelling tool to use?

I want to create props for a house model . My question is which modelling tool to use ? Blender or MAYA or any other tool? Thanks for help.

Blender if you are low on funding …or else the modelling tools MAYA and 3ds Max are not bad to use for ue4.

I like sculptris, Its a free version of zbrush.

In gaming industry 3DS Max is the common standard. Often combined with zbrush and substance.

New to the world of computer graphics…Use 3Ds max…it is considered to be user friendly compared to other 3D packages…speaking from personal experience though
