Why can I not break off more than a few chunks of a destructible mesh?
I've been playing with the destructible meshes for a while, and noticed that after breaking off a couple chunks, the remaining unbroken part of the mesh will not collide with the player, nor gunshots from the shooter_game weapon.
The chunks that are broken off still react to the player moving around, and collide with bullets, but act strangely, as if parented to each other.
Any ideas as to what could be causing this?

Have you tried turning Simulate Physics to On in the Details panel of the Destructible Mesh? This should allow you to keep shooting the unbroken pieces until they fall over.
