Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

UE4 Move rolling ball away from camera using physics

Hi Everyone,

I recently decided to play around with the Rolling Ball template. I added the orbiting camera from the third person template. I've been trying to figure out how I could apply force in the direction of the camera. This is how the ball moves: alt text

The problem is that currently the ball moves in fixed directions regardless of where the camera is. I'm trying to move the ball by using both the W, A, S, D keys and the direction that the camera is facing but I've forgotten the math.

Here's a video highlighting what the problem is

Thanks for reading!
