Parent / Child physics to Sequencer?

Hi guys,

I’m sorry, I’m not fantastically knowledgeable with UE4 but I’ve built a basic scene to concept a design I’ve had for a uni project.

Currently, I’m working with planes to animate a ferris wheel in engine which looks like this: Screenshot - 783173b5653d6468c4dcc7673663c047 - Gyazo

I’m only needing a video from this scene, so I’ve animated the actual rotation of the wheel in sequencer. The carriages of the wheel are set to children of the overall wheel, however I want them to ‘hang’ from their pivot points around the wheel.

Now, I’ve allowed for physics and played around with trying to lock their rotational values but everything seems to just have them rotate exactly in place along with the parent wheel.

Any help would be appreciated!
