Why is HeadBob Timeline's update function being called?

Whenever I walk normally, only the HeadBob timeline gets called, the SprintHeadBob timeline stays motionless as it should. However when I sprint, the SprintHeadBob timeline gets called as it should, but so does the HeadBob timeline, even though you can see that there is no active events going into it, but for some reason the update out function is being called?
