Changing Prebaked lighting?

Is there a way to change the prebaked lighting setting? On my current project, I spawn boxes on top of the same box just without physics. Before, once I spawned the boxes they were black. I added a directional light and it solves the black mesh problem. But now, my spawned boxes are darker than the other boxes used as the floor. Does this have to do with prebaking lighting?

Try changing the directional light to movable and see if the lighting still generates a difference between the two meshes. I haven’t been able to reproduce the exact error you are showing in your screenshot, but if the error still occurs when the light is set to Movable then there is something else wrong besides the lightmapping.
