Marketplace Submission no response

Hello, i submitted the pack, and marketplace team said that my submission has been approved almost 2 weeks ago.
i send them a message 3 days ago, and still there is no reply. My ticket number is 119010, please check this out.

The best thing to do in this case is post to the ticket again so it updates in our system. Please send another message to the ticket.

my email is godofwar8080@gmail.com i replied to marketplace submit, (i even sent a message directly to ticket from epicgames.zendesk.com - requests), still no answer.
Maybe i should “mark it as solved” and try to submit again?
