Attach problem? Running animation not smooth

Hi, I am new to UE4, I am trying to attach a gun to my character, I success finally :smiley:
But when I play it, the character running animations aren’t smooth, it like there is something stuck the character, sometimes it suddenly make the character fly high. I don’t know why :frowning:
Is this a bug or something??

Ys, it worked well if the gun is not attached

Just to be sure, your animations don’t do this when the gun isn’t attached?

Is the gun a Static Mesh or a Skeletal Mesh?

I would check to make sure the Static Mesh doesn’t have any collision. Or, if it does, make sure it is turned off when attached to the Character.

Let me know if that doesn’t fix your issue.
