I need some help. I am trying to install the Engine and I keep getting an Error of “The program can’t start because XINPUT1_3.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.” I have reinstalled it 3 times and get the same problem. Can any one help? And email me at edward.ashley@iprotec.me? Please I would like to install this. As I am using a laptop right now.
Okay, was having the same problem as you iprotec, as I was trying to install Epic Games Launcher on my new PC (Windows 10). What you want to do is download the DirectX End User Runtimes (June 2010). (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=8109)
Once you’ve downloaded that, extract it to a folder you will remember, then navigate to that folder and run the DXSETUP.exe . That should solve the problem.
