I Can't Start Unreal Engine 4

Whenever I click launch for Unreal Engine 4.13.1, It says “Please Wait…” and then it just goes back to “Launch”
Why is this happening and how do I sart it up?

Same here exept I have my company cpu and have the necessary authorizations to install it but the server sometime block internet to some applications. same UE version ans cannot give you an error log since nothing happens. I also tried to start it by clicking the launcher in the program files however it says I’m missing a .dll file … reinstall did not work too.
please help with this problem!

EDIT: actually found the ‘missing’ .dll file

Trying adding -http=wininet to the launcher short cut… If that doesn’t work, try above…
