Help with swipes

So i have been trying to inplement swipe to move in my project following the guide here https://forums.unrealengine.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=131&stc=1&d=1396083248.

But i do not know how to continue from here on to get it in the game.

Help would be appreciated.
