UE4 mouse menus on multiple displays

I’ve noticed when I’m running around the editor that my right click menus and even some click functionality seems to be intermittent when an editor window is on any non-primary monitor.

As an example:
Viewport - Monitor 1 (primary)
Blueprints - Monitor 2
Content Browser - Monitor 3

When I right click the content browser in any monitor that isn’t Monitor 1, the menu that should appear is often invisible. Submenus can appear if I manage to hover over an item that contains one, but otherwise it’s a complete guess as to what I could be trying to click on.

Then, if I drag the content browser back to the primary window, all menus work as expected.

Is there a setting I’ve overlooked that might help with this?

This has been happening for several versions of UE but I am currently using 4.13.
