Keyframe particle system activation

Hi, are there any chances I can keyframe a particle system actor to be activated at a certain time, just like an animator would do ? sorry if this is a silly question, I just dived into UE… mainly looking after the Sequencer to create some animations, so I’m aiming for a non-programming workflow whenever possible,

if keyframing is not an option, should I trigger it inside a level blueprint? what is the preferrable workflow here?
