VR Experience:Can i lock the player to an animated camera, but still being able to control the head?

Hi,
Many people has helped me before on the forums.
A client has asked for a VR experience. I am experienced designin levels and creating materials and most of the basics of Unreal Engine. So I am guessing that creating a VR engine will resemble traditional level design most of the time. The client wants to lock the player on an animated camera moving him across the hall but being able to control the head, like a ride on an amusement park, he is deadset on it. They 'll give the harware to work withand everytinhg.
Problem is…
I have no idea how to do that. Most of the times they just ask for matinee renders or screenshots, or walkthroughs with the hardest part being opening and closing doors.

I need to answer the client tomorrow, and I don’t want to say no to them, i really need the job, can someone point me in the right direction to a tutorial to lock the head to the camera or whatever the procedure is? or a way to do that?
Sorry for asking to being mouthfed on this, but they stormed my room asking for that, and in my learning schedule VR was next month.
