Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Hello guys,

I am sorry if i post this in the wrong thread, but I am going to build a Computer RIG for the purpose of using Unreal Engine 4. First, I want to ask if this components are good. Second, will this be still good if ever an Unreal Engine 5 comes out or a future version comes out?

Processor: i7 6700k Skylake 4.0ghz, Graphic Card: Asus Strix 1070 8GB, Motherboard: Asus Maximus VIII Hero Alpha, Memory: 32GB Gskill Trident Z, Storage: Samsung 850 Evo 250GB SSD,

I am a Computer Programmer pursuing to be a successful game developer, I will be making a low poly 3D RPG/Simulation games mostly in PC and Mobile.

I wish that the computer I build, can last 3 to 5 years.

Thank you.

You will be good for a long time. I'm running it with an i5 with a maximus motherboard and a gtx 580, I think you should be fine. I actually even run it on my Laptop which only has a gtx630m. You will be able to run it for years to come. Cheers.
