Crash on Build Lightmaps / Mac

UE crashed after click on “Build Lighting Only” as well.

Macbook Air, A1466, Core i7, 8Gb Ram, macOS 10.12

Hey PirateTony,

I just tried to reproduce this crash on my end, but was unsuccessful. Are you getting a crash or is your machine just freezing and becoming unresponsive?

Can you take a look at our How to Report a Bug support page to get an idea of the information we usually request when our users report a crash.

Let me know if you have further questions.

Thank you,

Only UE crashed. I will try to reproduce from clean project today and post later

Hey Andrew,
I made project through ThirdPerson template. Link for that one

Just check two bugs:

  1. BuildLighting - CRASH
  2. Window>Levels . Select level P1_Level1. RightClick>ChangeStreamingMethod>AlwaysLoaded - CRASH

Note: In Levels window i used 2 levels with checked LightingScenario toggles. Also that 2 levels has light-actor and skylight-actor each. Maybe it helps to investigate.

inform me please what number of issue will be assigned for that bugs.

I did not get the crash using the steps you have provided. I am going to need more information on the crash in order to report this issue. Can you provide me with your callstack and crashlogs that are generated from the crash?

Thank you,

Crash Report

I have not been able to get the crash to occur. At this point I have an idea of what you are doing to get the crash, but I haven’t been able to narrow down the repro.

Can you provide me with the steps to follow in order for me to get the crash to occur on my end?

Thank you,

ive provided link of small project based on ThirdPerson template.
