Baking vertex paint from UE4 to substance to create new texture to apply to LOD's
How can I create a new texture for LOD's while being able to use all the vertex painting I did in UE4. I want to create a whole new texture to apply to custom LOD's - most likely using substance OR whatever.
Mainly static meshes

The feature you are looking for might be Render to Texture, which similar to texture baking. It's transferring the end result of your material to a texture.
To be honest, when I tried to implement it, I had some issues, but that was a long time ago and I think they fixed it.
