Set Different Playerstart point when return to level

I have two levels. Outside and inside house.Player could travel between them. Playerstart object set far from house.
After transition Ouside->Inside->Outside i need to set a spawn point in front of the door of the house. Picture explain better

Than it would be a matter of setting the SpawnTransform variable every time you enter a trigger box in the entrance area of the each Next level. Or something along those lines…
