Where has the plugins window gone?

Hi there,
I’m trying to reduce the huge filesize of an otherwise very simplistic visualisation I’ve made. I’ve spent quite some time searching for ways to reduce this size as the package is more than 200MB’s and the content in it not even 5MB.

One of the optimization tricks I constantly read about is disabling plugins by clicking on Window > Plugins. But this button appears to be gone in 4.13.1. Does anyone know how to get into these plugin settings and disable the components I don’t require?

Ah, as always it magically shows up the minute I post a question about it.
It seems this button is now located when clicking on the “settings” button above the viewport. Problem solved.
