Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

exporting cameras

How do I export the cameras (with all animation) from the Camera Sequencer?

I need to get them into Maya.

Any advice gratefully received.

If you right click on the camera track in sequencer, you should see an "Export..." option. That will allow you to export the animation keyframe data as an fbx file and then you can import that into maya.

AHA!

I found it - in the shot itself (not at the sequence level), I cab right click on the camera and export! Many Thanks.

However, here's another question, (or two)...... ;)

I'd like ideally to be able to export the whole sequence of cameras into Maya, is there a way to do this?

Also, If I want to put these shots into another Unreal Editor, can I easily export the sequence (cameras) into another Unreal scene?

Thanks for your help in advance..... -J-
