so i have paid for a subscription and setup an account. how ever whenever i run launcher i am prompted to subscribe,. i have already subscribed. when i signed up website was down at first. i have gone back and checked it has my billing info and payment has gone ffrom my bank. so why the %%#$ cant i download editor. please excuse my impatience as i have been trying to solve this for last 10 hours. thanks in advance

I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue with Launcher. If your payment has completed, then your account should be active and you should not be seeing the “Subscribe” button when you sign into Launcher.
I’d like to ask that you please contact our Accounts department with your issue, and they can check over status of your account to determine if there are any issues:
Additionally, please be aware that your username was flagged by our word filter and caused your post to wait in moderation queue. While speaking to our accounts department, you may wish to request a username change to prevent this from continuing to occur.
Please update us here if it is determined that there no issue with your account, and we will continue to investigate issue.
