Mirror (-1 Scale) Spotlight Bug

I am trying to mirror (-1 scale) a blueprint actor that contains a spotlight. When mirrored, all of the geometry transforms correctly, but the spotlight transform inverts independently on it’s own coordinates.

See in the attached screenshot. For an airline interior, I’ve modeled half the fuselage, and would like to mirror, with lighting, to the other half. The spotlight faces down in the original blueprint actor. It faces up in the mirrored actor.

Hi rhizomelabs,

EDIT Updated link, it should work now

Cheers,

Thank you Ed. Can you check the link to the issue report? It’s dead for me.

The link should work now.

3 years now and this is still an issue. This is sort of a problem for building modular components with lights in them that need to be mirrored to flip them along an axis (rotation cannot achieve the same result of a mirror transform). Any updates?
