4.13.2 won’t launch but 4.9.2 does. launch changes to please wait then back to launch.

If you close other windows so that only the launcher is open when you try to launch 4.13.2, do you see the Editor splash screen? Additionally, please try navigating to where the engine is installed on your machine and following the folder path to 4.13\Engine\Binaries\Win64 and using UE4Editor.exe to launch the editor. You may also want to try clicking the dropdown arrow next to the engine version and select Verify.
