Planar Reflections not working on 4.13.2 and 4.14 preview 2

Activating clip plane on projects for Planar reflections doesn’t work. I can see the plane, but surfaces are not affected.

Are you getting these results in a new blank project for both engine versions mentioned?

Yes, first, i’m attaching two screenshots, new project, Unreal 4.12.5, just enabled Planar Reflection

an then, same settings but in Engine 4.13.2:

Also, like the examples before, did the test in 4.14.0 Preview 2 a blank new project for desktop maximum quality, just enabled planar reflections, lake material, add planar reflection, editor mode, game mode. No reflections.

So this was an intentional change made in 4.13 which you can read by going to the 4.13 Release notes linked below.

New: Fading out planar reflections based on roughness since they don’t have support for variable roughness (fade starts at .2 roughness, ends at .3)
