Open World Demo Collection - Unavailable

Hello.
I have a problem with Open World Demo Collection. In marketplace it says that i have already owned the assets, but i haven’t installed it yet. I want to download it from marketplace but it says “Unavalaible”. What should I do?

Hi reflowstudioindo,

  • If you close and re-open the launcher, do you see the same error? I checked this on my end and the assets should say “Add to Project”.

  • If this does not work, what steps can I take to reproduce this on my end?

  • Can you take a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end?
