[4.14 Pre2] Glitches in LOD Coloration mode

There are some glitches in “LOD Coloration” mode. See image below.
Sometimes object blinks/disappears when camera moves.
Also after AutoLOD generation for static mesh “LOD coloration” doesn’t show colors - always gray color, after restart UE coloration works but with glitches.

Hey PirateTony,

So I tested your issue on two different machines, one being a MacBook Pro with macOS Sierra and my Windows PC, both not getting the results you are reporting. I am in the process of updating the Macbook Air we have so I can test there, but so far I am not getting your results.

Update Was unable to reproduce the issue on the MacBook Air.

I will mention that the SK_Mannequin does not have multiple LOD’s so visualizing them is going to be difficult. With that said, it shouldn’t all be grey either so once I have completed testing I will report back with more information.

How about gray rects glitches on body? how about red body in background?

Negative, neither of those artifacts appeared on my end. I would like to give you fair warning that your machine is very close to the minimal required specs to run the engine, so keep that in mind when working in the editor.

Lower end machines like the one you are using aren’t necessarily bad by any means, just that the program is demanding on memory, graphics, and processing power, and the further you get into development this demand will usually increase. This will make it even harder on your machine to work effectively.
