Flipbook Creation by right clicking sprites is buggy

Right clicking on sprites to create a flipbook is not working. in 4.13.2

So I was able to confirm what you were reporting all the way back to 4.11.2, but I went to test the issue in the 4.14 preview 3 release, and the issue did not occur. This appears to be fixed for the upcoming full engine release.
