UE-35627 is not fixed in 4.14.0 - prev2
I just noticed, when importing a static mesh with a second UV channel setup for the lightmap the second UV is not being automatically assigned as the lightmap coordinate index.
It worked in 4.12, broken in 4.13 and was reported as fixed. In 4.14.0-prev2 it is broken.

I've re-opened this for it to be investigated. I was able to re-reproduce the issue that was originally broken in 4.13.
