VR flickering after I packaged my project

My VR game work perfectly fine inside UE4 editor (through vr preview), but the problem start after I packaged my project into development build windows and launch the project outside from UE4 editor. Before I packaged my project I already set up the scalability in blueprint to get the best performance that I can get.

Anyone know the solution for this problem?

I see that you’ve marked the produce version as “UE Older Version”. Which version are you using? If it’s any older than a 4.11 or 4.12 I think you should try updating and to one of these or the latest version as a testing ground because with VR specifically there have been a lot of improvements over the last couple of releases and more coming in 4.14 which will be releasing in the next couple of weeks.
