Compile Log show unknown symbols "?"

I installed the Unreal Engine 4.13.
Then I installed Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 Russian version.
When I realized that I made a mistake during the installation - I removed that version and install the new English version.
But when I do Compile, and my code have errors - I get symbols instead of the normal words.

How and where I can fix that problem?
The problem appeared because of the first installation. But I tried to fix it, but the problem persists = (

If you have same problem, change Visual studio default language to English.

Step 1
Tools → Options → Environment → International Settings

If there no English do Step 2, then step 1

Step 2
Find Visual Studio installer

Choose your VS version → Modify

Language pack → add English → Modify

then back to step 1.
