Oculus HMD un-plugged / plug back in crash

Hi,

My game crashes in shipping build when I un-plug / plug back in the Oculus HMD. I attach the log I got from enable logging in shipping build, and also the call stack.

From the log, the error is due to:

LogHMD:Error: Can’t create swap texture set (size 2700 x 1588), error = -3000

Any ideas why this happens? Thanks in advance.
