You program is having trouble receiving your data try opening you game to a different file if it keeps doing delete the file that it is on but save it on a flash drive so you wont lose your game the save it again and that should do the job.
The launcher isn’t a game. It’s a unreal engine 4 program that keeps stuck at 9 and when it does move, it reaches 50% and crashes ? any thing i can do to avoid that?

Problem Solved. It was my nvidia card needed updating.
