[BUG] Choppy cursor movement while editor is open

Repro Steps

With Editor open, load heavy scene that causes framerate to drop below ~ 20fps and enable real-time updates in the viewport.

Results

Mouse cursor’s update rate appears to reflect the frame rate int he viewport, causing the cursor to become less responsive and difficult to use. The happens both within and outside of Rocket and is only relieved when the editor viewport’s realtime is turned off OR Rocket is minimized to the toolbar. Opening a menu in Rocket will also relieve the issue, but this I’m sure is because the viewport update is paused.

Expected

Mouse cursor should maintain a rate of 60fps (aka, hardware or windows native cursor)
