Hi guys i would like to export shatter effect a cube to unreal engine like a video after i imported this simulating to unreal engine and i hit play animation.It didn’t work as the way i expect and don’t have any reaction.Does anyone knows how to fix this problem ?

I’m not a guy who judge, but why don’t you make it an destructible mesh inside UE4 instead? You can get the same result, and more control.

As far as I know, that kind of specific animation is impossible unless you make it a skeletal animation or a destructible mesh.

In other words; if you really don’t want to work with destructible meshes, you need to skin that model to a skeleton. Otherwise you can hit the export with animation on the FBX exporter window all you want, but it simply won’t have any effect (like the video you linked to, since it doesn’t seem to have a skeleton assigned to it). Static meshes in Unreal4 don’t support that kind of animation (unless, again, you turn them into destructible meshes).
