Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

I'm not a guy who judge, but why don't you make it an destructible mesh inside UE4 instead? You can get the same result, and more control.

As far as I know, that kind of specific animation is impossible unless you make it a skeletal animation or a destructible mesh.

In other words; if you really don't want to work with destructible meshes, you need to skin that model to a skeleton. Otherwise you can hit the export with animation on the FBX exporter window all you want, but it simply won't have any effect (like the video you linked to, since it doesn't seem to have a skeleton assigned to it). Static meshes in Unreal4 don't support that kind of animation (unless, again, you turn them into destructible meshes).
